If you're writing about your account, include your nickname from the app. Never send us a password or your message recovery code — we don't ask for them.
How do I delete my account? In the app: Settings → Freeze profile or delete account. Deletion is real — what is deleted and when is described in the Privacy Policy.
How do I download my data? In the app: Settings → Download my data and photos. An overview of what the app knows about you is in Settings under “What we know about you”.
Someone is behaving inappropriately. On their profile or in the conversation tap Report or Block. A person from our team reviews the report.
Age verification takes long or we ask for an ID. When the face-scan age estimate isn't enough, a person from the team reviews it and, when in doubt, asks for ID document verification. We don't store a copy of the document, only the result. More in the Terms of Use.
My account has the wrong date of birth. Write to us — a person from the team will check it.
